This site, built.itschristinemarie.com, is operated by Christine Marie, an Independent Beneve Influencer (“I,” “me”). This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have.
Information I collect
I only collect what you choose to give me when you fill out my application or contact form:
- your name, email, mobile number, country and state
- your social media handles
- your answers to the application questions or the question you send me
I don't ask for payment information, government ID numbers, or health information on this site.
The site may also automatically collect basic technical information, like browser type and pages visited, that is needed to run and secure the site. I do not allow third parties to collect information about your online activity across other websites over time.
How I use your information
- To review your application or answer your question, and to contact you about it.
- To send you text messages, only if you checked the box giving permission.
- To answer questions you send me.
I do not sell or share your information
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. I do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Your information is stored in the secure tools I use to run my business, such as my website host, customer management and messaging service. Those providers process it only to deliver those services to me. I may also disclose information if required by law.
Text messages
If you give consent, I may text you about your application or question. How often depends on your request, and message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out, and nothing after that.
- Reply HELP for help, or email me at the address below.
- Consent to receive texts is not required to apply or contact me.
If I email you, every email will identify me and include a way to unsubscribe. I honor unsubscribe requests promptly and within 10 business days at most.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the information I have about you at any time by emailing me. I'll respond within 30 days. I will not treat you differently for making a request.
Nevada residents
I do not sell personal information. If you're a Nevada resident and want to submit a request to opt out of any future sale, email me at the address below with the subject line “Nevada Opt-Out.” I'll respond within 60 days.
Children
This site is for adults 18 and older. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact me and I'll delete it.
Security
I use reasonable measures to protect your information. No website or online service can guarantee complete security.
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
